Client work for IronMate, an iOS fitness app
The complete exercise library for a fitness app: 259 movements designed, animated and shipped as seamless loops. Same character, same camera height, same light in every clip, so the library reads as one product rather than 259 separate renders. The ten-clip pilot was approved ten for ten, and all 90 of the client's review notes on the full library were closed out.
Toolset: FLUX keyframes, Kling motion, and a custom pipeline with a 17-point quality check on every clip. Delivered at 1080×1350, named to the app's own lookup keys.
Barbell bench press
T-bar row
Cable chest press
Zercher squat
Pec deck
Single-arm cable row
Ab-wheel rollout
Safety-bar squat
Band pull-apart
Nine of the 259, playing exactly as delivered. Behind the library is a pipeline built for this job: one locked character reference, locked camera geometry per exercise family, and machines that render with working mechanics, so pads, levers and cables move the way the real equipment moves.
